Japan´s only recycled silicate calcium insulation "RECYCAL," which was developed with an eye toward an energy-saving and resource-recycling society, complies with JIS standards.
1. Characteristics

- Manufacturing of water-repellent (WP-1) materials is
also possible.
- 1. Superior Heat Resistivity
- - Maximum service temperature 1,000°C
- 2.Lightweight with the density of 170

- 3.Low thermal conductivity
- - Equivalent to JIS type 1-15 up to 300°C
- 4. Corrosion resistance
- - Usable in Austenite stainless steel
(Compliant with ASTM C795) - 5. Asbestos-free material
- 6. Recyclable many times over
2. Recycled flow

- Notes:
- - Only Meisei allows recycling according to the above method to be performed.
(Japanese Patent No. 2993359 obtained) - - Make-to-order system
- - Separation is necessary to recycle silicate calcium waste insulation.

NOTES:
1) The physical property values of Recycal indicate representative values of 50mm thick boards.
2) The specified dimensions are the same as those of Keical-Ace/Super-Silica.
3) The thermal conductivity of Recycal is a measurement value by the Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials. The JIS type 1-22 specified values indicate JIS A 9501 (reference equations).
4. Procedures
Procedures for recycling waste insulation are to be performed only after prior consultation and commissioned consultation.
