1. Basic policy on information disclosure
From the perspective of promptness, accuracy, and fairness, the Company continuously provides all stakeholders, including its shareholders and investors, with significant information related to the Company as needed and appropriate.
2. Disclosure standards and methods
The Company makes timely disclosures via TDnet in accordance with the disclosure rules set out by the Tokyo Stock Exchange where its shares are listed.
This information is also promptly disclosed on the Company’s website. Additionally, it proactively discloses information that is deemed useful in order to help stakeholders understand the Company.
3. Quiet period
In order to prevent information leaks regarding the Company’s financial results and ensure fairness in the disclosure of information, we set a “Quiet Period” from the day following our financial closing (including quarterly financial results) until the day that our financial results are announced. For this period, we will refrain from making any comments related to financial results.
However, in the event that financial results will deviate significantly from our earnings forecast during the quiet period, we shall disclose information in accordance with timely disclosure rules.
