Almost all thermal energy consuming equipment in any industries is subject to insulation work.
Thermal insulation work is designed by specifications that correspond to the maintaining specified temperatures, preserving environmental conditions and preventing disasters as well as for energy savings.
LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and LNG (liquefied natural gas), whose demand is steadily increasing worldwide as clean energy.
Since these are liquefied by cooling and pressurization at cryogenic temperatures, perfect cold insulation work is required.
We have achieved world-class results in a series of cold insulation work related to LNG and LPG, from on-site liquefaction facilities to low-temperature liquefaction carriers and domestic storage facilities, by making the most of its our long-cultivated cryogenic cold insulation technology.
FURNACE & REFRACTORY
Facilities that operate at extremely high temperatures such as industrial furnaces, incinerators, boilers and high-temperature ducts require fire-resistant and thermal insulating construction to protect the facilities from fire and improve combustion efficiency.
We are working to develop of our original technologies and construction methods to meet various needs.
At plants handling hazardous materials such as petroleum and liquefied gas, fire-resistant covering is required for steel structures such as pipe racks, cable trays, and piers of spherical tanks in order to prevent them from collapsing due to fire heat.
Thermal insulation in nuclear power plants requires highly accurate materials and methods that are specially designed, including those that are easy to install and remove to prevent radioactive contamination and those which incorporate lead plates for radiation shielding in addition to general thermal insulation technology.
